Loreley's evolution is based on a basilisk. She claims to have the ability to turn other Pokemon into stone with her stare at will, but nobody knows whether she's telling the truth or not.
She may not look like it, but she's an incredibly fast sprinter and swimmer. Loreley would never admit it, but she's unable to fly. She deceives others about the fact by balancing on her tail and fluffing up her clouds.
Her antennas can be used to grab things.
